This anchor works but needs to be snugged down near the hinges and the door needs to be sturdy enough that the thickness or pulling on it won't warp the door.Simple and works well. It's really just durable nylon with some sort of weight in one end. Feed it through your door hinge while open, close the door, and slide your bands through. I'm able to have two bands in there at the same time with no problems. One heavy, one light resistance. Makes home workouts possible and doesn't look intrusive on the other side of the door either.As long as you are putting it in a doorway or some proper structure to keep it from popping out, the anchor will do what it says it will do. It works really well with any and all resistance bands. I have 3 of em and I use the black sniper bands exclusively with these.It works great and it is helping me get toned. you have to be careful and install it near the doorknob, that ball is small and it can come through if the door doesn't fir perfectly. The thing that worries me is how easy I could have smashed my head on any piece of furniture in my room, or the floor, and suffered a much greater injury thanks to me falling over when all that forward force of mine lost the opposing force.Second, let’s talk about how, with the huge rise in popularity of at home workouts, these kinds of door anchors are being sold at a much higher rate. Despite that, they aren’t being made with high quality materials. The ball bearing at the top should be solid metal, not some plastic bead that can bend like this when used!Bottom line, this product is trash.
