I use this ball as a desk chair. I have been using stability balls for years. This ball has one drawback. It loses air on a regular basis. I don't know if the valve peg is too small, but every 2 months I need to refill the ball. I am surprised by this.I have used stability balls with the same purpose, I fill them with the air compressor again after about 9 months of use. I am not sure if the membrane loses air, or the opening, but I like the comfort of the ball, so I guess I will just keep refilling it.Totally worth itThis ball, the WIMSO exercise yoga ball is a great quality product for what you pay for. I purchased the pink ball but it comes in 4 different colors. It also comes in 3 sizes, I chose the smallest 55cm. Which worked great for me and my girlfriend. The ball itself not only looks great but it is very versatile. I've used it as a computer chair in my home office, and I've used it as a workout/yoga ball. So far it's been great! For work, it helps my posture throughout the day and when working out the non-stick surface is very useful. I also appreciate that it is made of environmentally friendly products.My only criticism is that the pump included with the ball is made of thin plastic and feels a little flimsy. Be careful not to damage the pump and it'll work just fine. It took just a few minutes to inflate the ball all the way using the pump so it worked to my satisfaction. After that, I just stored it away. The ball doesn't have any issues with deflation.Overall, I'd recommend buying this product. For just $26.98 you won't find many other products at such a high quality and low price point.At this point I can say it feels solid, secure, and mostly I love the stickiness of the surface. Some balls are so slick that they don't allow angled positioning of your body on it with out it sliding away and shooting out from under you. Aesthetically I love the pink color I got but there are a few streaks on the surface where perhaps the folding of it while being shipped caused color changes. This is so irrelevant to the function of the ball which is the most important feature but some people might be bothered by that. I don't mind and maybe those discolorations will go away the longer I have it in the blown up state.I'm 20 weeks pregnant and a prenatal yoga teacher always looking for new tools to provide greater comfort. This ball was perfect and I loved the color choices (I got pink!) It arrived super quickly with it's own pump. My husband ended up using our electric pump for a faster fill which just means it's universal. Looking forward to bouncing, stretching, and teaching other pregnant Mamas to do the same. Great price and highly recommended!I love the choices in color and sizes. It’s great for the core and so much more. Weight capacity is good for everyone as you can use weights as you are working your core.I purchased the Yoga ball. I was impressed that it was self-contained. It came with a portable foot pump. After inflating it I found it stable and very usable. If you are looking for a good Yoga ball, you cannot go wrong with this one. I have used it now for over two weeks without a problem.
