Para entretener a mi perrito es excelenteGets stuck on low carpet, in corners, on floor vents, and other dog toys on the floor. Either the weight needs to be heavier or needs greater momentum from the motorI was very excited about this product. I received it on Sunday 9/18 and put it on the charger for the estimated 1 /12 hours. After 5 hours the light was still RED and not charged. Woke up the next morning to see the light had turned blue, assuming charged but this was not the case. I was unable to keep it on and connect with the remote. Overall disappointed with this product but expect an new one in its place. If another is sent (at no cost to me) i will give it another chance and revise my review if proven wrong.This only worked twice. Then I can not get it to recharge. What a rip off!I ordered two and need to order two more.My dog breaks it eventually, usually after three weeks of constant use.For the price, not bad for the enjoyment she gets out of it.Need to be a little sturdier with the internal electronics.I put some glue on the battery to make sure it wasn’t dislodged like the previous devices.I will order another.My pooch will not give this ball the time of day. She is fussy. Seller was great, arrival time was good. I rated it low because my pooch would not play with it.Our only complaint is that to use it you have to open it up and follow some rather involved directions. We had hoped it would run on it's own afterward, but you have to be there with the remote, controlling it yourself. He loves it though.I was so excited when I ordered this toy for my two schnauzers. It arrived the other day in a plastic bag. Didn’t think anything of it till it said in the instruction sheet that was tucked in the middle of the ball to charge. No charging cable. Ugh then the remote wouldn’t work as the battery was already in the remote so it was dead. The picture shows it in a box with new battery in package and charging cord. Not happy I cannot return either. I’m stuck with a useless toy ??
