This is an authentic Effanbee Brenda Starr doll complete with certificate of authenticity. She wears a dress with 5 layers of chiffon, netting and silk-like fabric. The top layer has a turquoise sequin with a bead in the middle sewn at intervals all over the skirt. The sleeveless top of the dress is made of turquoise satin and extends partially over and below the skirt in a scallop-edged pattern. Along the edge and on the bodice is an intricate bead and sequin design which is replicated on the shoes. Brenda comes with a matching wrap and beaded clutch purse. She wears a beaded hair accessory.
