I am not going to lie… it is going to take awhile for me to feel like I have mastered this… and that is a good thing! There are a ton of videos out there for beginners all the way up to masters. The thing that has been the most surprising is how fast time goes while using it! I will start practicing a certain Maneuver and suddenly an hour has passed . Whether you got this for weight loss or meditation, it seems no matter what both things are achieved . I got one for myself and one for my wife and we have had a blast so far. The ropes themselves are sturdy and work as I have read they are supposed too.After seeing several online I purchased this one and am not disappointed. Great color and weight to get started. It is a fun way to get the heart rate up and move around.I just received my flow rope today (I purchased blue/black) and could not be happier! The rope is just the right weight & diameter. The rope quality is top-notch: silky-smooth in the hand (but not slippery) and tightly woven. Colors are true. I was concerned about the stated 9' overall length given that I am 5'7" and so put a figure-eight knot above each handle, but it was not necessary. I reverted back to a simple slip knot on each side and the length was spot on for me (just above the iliac crests when standing on the rope and holding it up). The bound handle-knots are perfect and the tough rubber caps on each end are nicely tucked so that you don't catch them against your body during exercises. Highly recommend rope and seller!I love her - she makes me feel like a ninja! I'm tall and still had to make knots - it's plenty long. I got the neon green - so pretty!I have several ropes from other manufacturers such as slush ropes and octomoves that I paid 90 to 100 bucks. This one is a bit thicker than the Flowzilla and Phoenix from octomoves and flows greatThis really works the upper body and core. Really digging it.
