In 1997 Bobby Kelly, then a certified trainer/instructor, created this 45 minute training session on treadmill conditioning. Today, his training on this VHS tape still holds true and is still useful and functional. The training session is set to music, utilizes interval training, and invites every level of fitness to succeed. The participant uses the treadmill for a challenging, yet easy to follow, workout consisting of combinations of flat terrain jogging, hills, running, walking, sprinting, speed walking and pace training.
