I use it all the time to stretch. Owned it for a while now and it still holds strong . Will recommendGood product. Comes with clear instructions and takes stretching to a whole new level. You tube has some easy to follow videos to help out beginners.I like the color, the material from which it’s made but more importantly I don’t have to use the yoga loop stretch during physical therapy. I know my yoga strap is clean and safe from other’s hands. This is one of my Best Buy’s for price and function.I like the loops on this strap. Solid. Would purchase again.But seriously, this stretch strap is amazing! I became injured roughly two months ago, and ordered this item because so many PT’s on YouTube had recommended such a one. I began using it and noticed an immediate difference in my level of flexibility, which is one of the things I was working on to improve my condition. When I finally made it to an actual PT’s office, they had me use a strap just like this for several of my stretches. This strap really helps you maximize your flexibility in a range that is safe for you. You can work your way all the way up! P.S. I LOVE how vibrant the color is! It makes using it that much more enjoyable :^]great product, fast delivery.I use to use a piece of rope and I would have to tie different knots for different exercises or stretches. It is a bit on the light side (made from nylon?) but works great. Love that the whole rope has the handle loops as opposed to only a few spaced apart. I've had knee replacement and use this for many different exercises to help progress.
