Got the 25 lb ball and it does the job but dont like how it "swishes" when using. Feels like its 1/2 full of wet sand. Kind of makes it wobble and is not solid. This does have a nice texture and weight. Dont like the "swishing" of insides though......going to try and return it. Update- shipper refunded price of ball and said I could keep ball. Awesome response even though its past the 30 day return window.As a Pro Basketball Trainer, it's hard to gauge which slam ball is the best for specific functional exercises. This item is perfect for core exercises and any throwing motion exercises. Even though I deal with a ton of clients, the material seems like quality material so no worries about it ripping anytime use. Additionally, its slightly cheaper than the higher rated slam balls on amazon, but the same quality.on time perfect performanceThis ball is exactly what I hoped it would be.You can throw it onto Amy Surface that can withstand it and the sound and bounce is very minimal. I ordered the 30 pound one and it's been a wonderful addition to my makeshift garage gym!
