Perfect!!! I purchased this to go under my stationary bike so I don't suffer damage on wood floors. It is not too thick, really nice quality, looksgood and delighted to be able to pick from a bunch of great colors!!! How fabulous is that. The first time I used it, I couldn't really tell if it was a good mat or not. So I read about different kinds of yoga mats and found out that it really wasn't my type. It sort of stretches when doing the warrior, but all in all it was a good mat!My first yoga mat. Didn't smell like chemicals upon arrival like some others seem to. I'm a big guy and I sweat pretty easily, so the mat does start to get somewhat slippery as my palms start to sweat, but it offers good support for my wrists while still maintaining the feeling that I'm on the ground.These are great! I use them to work on things that require lying on the ground or to cover a bench top so I can handle delicate things with out scratching or slipping around. Great for all sorts of things that would benefit from a bit of cushioning. Make your shop creeper more comfortable. Roll one up and toss it behind the seat in the pickup or use it to reduce the sliding around of whatever is in your trunk or RV storage compartments etc.
