Dress was packaged in a bag which had a tear in it allowing a snag in material. Also had a short tear in fabric where it was sewed together, which a local seamstress was able to repair. We did not email the measurements so we just received the standard size as shown in the chart, for a little better fit you should contact them with the exact measurement. Overall it was a good dress at the price and was the color we expected . With purchase of a six ring hoop from Amazon it looked very nice and puffed out as shown in the pictures. Only bad thing is the packaging which allows the dress to get damaged so be sure to order early in case this happens to you. Even with the added cost of repairs I would still recommend this dress and the sellar.The dress was pretty and my daughter absolutely loved it she can't wait to wear it for her sweet 16I used this as a recital dress. It is beautiful, but you need to be a little careful with the ruffles on the skirt. The crisscross way it closes in back makes it forgiving in bodice size. It was made decent some of the ends on the seam started to break loose at the end of the day. It came with a little shoulder coverup too. My daughter is 4’11 and 113lbs 34 C in chest we got a size 6. We had to put a hoop skirt underneath to puff it out.Totally better than what I thought it would be. I’m in love with the dress, My daughter received a lot of compliments at her 15th birthday.
