Simple and works well. It's really just durable nylon with some sort of weight in one end. Feed it through your door hinge while open, close the door, and slide your bands through. I'm able to have two bands in there at the same time with no problems. One heavy, one light resistance. Makes home workouts possible and doesn't look intrusive on the other side of the door either.
